What if I cannot upload my photo’s ?
If you do not have your photo in digital format (jpeg or gif)
you can send it to us at :

Please E-Mail us if you send a photo so that we know it is coming.
When we ship your order we will return your original photo in
a separate mailing which will be via recorded delivery. Although
we record the fact that we have posted your original we cannot
be responsible if it is lost or damaged in transit. If you use
this option please complete your order using the ‘Order Without
uploading Photo’ feature on the right-hand panel.
What
if I have a digital image but it is bigger than the 200 Kb size
limit ?
Please attach it to an E-Mail and send to us via sales@photo-gift.co.uk

What
if my gift arrives and it is damaged ?
Please return it (and all other items even if in-tact) together
with its original
